Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition.
If your shipment is lost in transit, we will reship your order or provide store credit for the value of the lost item. Should this happen, please email email@example.com as soon as the package is reported as lost.
Has My Order Shipped? Once an order has shipped, an email with tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of the order. If you do not receive an email, you can check your account for updated tracking and order information. Be sure to check your Notifications and junk mail folders. Orders will typically ship within four business days, however, it may take longer during U.S. holidays and sales times.
We ship Monday through Friday except during major US holidays. We do not ship on weekends and will not be able to provide tracking numbers on these days. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next open business day. If a product is backordered, we will do our best to provide updates to your item. Tracking An Order Shipped Within The U.S. When your order is packed and awaiting pickup by the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier. If you do not receive an email, you can check your account for updated tracking and order information. In some cases, it may take a few hours for the tracking to provide updated information.
Though we offer guaranteed service with some shipping options, Basic Shipping can take up to 10 business days to ship during peak shopping seasons and we cannot guarantee a delivery date of these packages. If you need to change your shipping address, please email email@example.com with the order number and the correct address. We will not be able to reroute packages shipped which have Basic Shipping chosen. In some cases, an order may be delayed in transit due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve any delays and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
My Package Says It Was Delivered, But I Did Not Receive It Domestic Customers within the United States: If your packing is showing as delivered but you cannot find it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help you locate the package or send a new one if needed.
Changing Your Shipping Address If you need to change your shipping address, please email email@example.com with the order number and the correct address. If the order has already shipped via Basic Shipping or internationally, we will not be able to reroute your package.
